Its unique location just on the edge of a slope, offers an astonishing view to the Three Arched Bridge «Kalogeriko» and the famous «Gorge of Vikos».
Fully harmonized with the traditional & architecture of Zagorochoria which commands stone & wood, Bagia Exclusive is amphitheatrically built, so the traveler may admire the magnificent view just at a glance.
In regards with the accessibility of the property, our visitors may leave the car at the public parking area on the main road, and then follow a picturesque, beautiful, wooden, uphill stairway which leads directly to our Bagia Exclusive. Despite the stairs fatigue, as soon as you arrive at the property you will feel that it is completely worth it! For your best service & convenience, you may inform our reception for the exact time of your arrival, so that we may help you with your luggage if you wish.
Our traditional 4-star Bagia Exclusive Hotel dominates the entrance of the picturesque village Kipoi, built on a rocky mountain with an altitude of 800 meters and rewards each visitor with its uninterrupted view of the three arched bridge "Kalogeriko" and also the gorge "Vikaki".
The hotel consists of 17 rooms, in total, architecturally designed and built to suit local national treasure prerequisites emphasizing the use of local cable stone and natural wood and therefore enhancing the noble name " Bagias", the original name of the village.
Zagorohoria, is a place where nature meets tradition, bears the home of 46 breathtaking villages perched on the north-eastern mountains of Ioannina.
The location mesmerizes every visitor with the unique natural beauty and traditional historic architecture. Surrounded by its evergreen mountainside, running natural waters, impressive gorges and magical lakes, it's a perfect destination all year round.
