My experience was tainted by the fact that unknowingly a 3rd Party representative took the call and I was charged $40 more than the hotel itself would have charged. It was hard to enjoy my stay for that reason.

"BEST STAFF ANYWHERE!"

The Front Desk/Management Staff was Superlative. It appeared thar Tina set the stage and others followed, especially Heather who rose above and beyond to accommodate my roommate, Nanette. Housekeepers were attentive and accommodating. The breakfast was Outstanding. The floor coverings were nice and accessible.

Property description
The Quality Inn in Oregon is surrounded by high desert terrain and mountain peaks of the Mt. Jefferson Wilderness Area. We are ideally situated in Central Oregon off Highway 97 in downtown Madras. The hotel is near several rivers, parks, casino, and rock gardens. All rooms feature free high-speed internet access, cable TV with HBO, and more. We offer a complimentary full hot breakfast and we have a seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub.
