We got a phone call on 2/11/25, to be at Cherokee Nation Hospital for surgery at 5:30 am the next morning. Was given a antibacterial sponge to shower with before surgery. Got up at 4:00 am to shower, shower in room 116 doesn't work. $165 for one night with a non working shower. I would encourage the owner to spend one night in room 116 see how much sleep you get with the heater sounding like a rocket launch. Very disappointed.
