From the minute we arrived we had an enjoyable stay. We were greeted by D Wilson. He was so personable. We were in Lubbock for the death of a family member. The hotel was clean and neat. We had no issues with anything. Walmart was across street and down from us. Pancake House across the street.

It all depends on your room location. We were on second floor right across from the bar AND ice machine. It was extremely noisy and loud. People got ice at all hours and the bar was loud til late and breakfast was early. room was clean, staff was friendly.
