I was visiting the Showmans Show at Newbury Showground for business. The hotel was very reasonably priced. The restaurant was ambient and comfortable. The waiting staff, particularly the young lady waitress who was serving on Tuesday 17th October, was delightful and empathetic to me, dining alone, away from my husband and family! She was warm attentive and a delight. A staff member to cherish. I would stay again. The bed was huge and very comfortable and there were ample tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom. Thank you for the hospitality!

Bygone days have seen inhabitants such as British Historian James Petit Andrews - Georgian trend setter Beau Brummell and Daisy Fellowes. Indeed of all Berkshire hotels you will struggle to find another with a more curious and intriguing history. Our luxury hotel accommodation retains the character and features that epitomise Donnington Groves grand setting and offers all the comfort and convenience you could want from a 3-star hotel. The hotel accommodation at Donnington Grove offers rooms in a number of different styles to meet your needs from our standard Classic rooms to our Superior rooms and luxurious spacious Suites. Every room at Donnington Grove has its own en-suite shower and/or bath as well as a high-quality hospitality tray to welcome you. Every room has a digital flat screen TV - high-speed WiFi - hairdryer and bottled filtered water. To complete your experience much of our luxury hotel accommodation in the main house and our lodges command fine views over our beautiful grounds and the River Lambourn.
