The door to the room was propped open with a towel on the floor. I put my stuff in the room, the as I went to leave, left the towel on the handle outside the door. I told the room cleaner down the hall, that they rented me the room, but it wasn't ready yet. She said yes it was. I said no it's not, one of the beds isn't made. (the sheet was hanging off the bed, the pillows on the bottom of the next bed) she yes it's ready. I left to my function. Upon return the towel was gone from the handle but the second bed was not made. I stayed three nights, it never was made. The room was clean, the desk clerk, a nice lady learning, was nice and friendly. Give me water when I asked for it.

Last minute reservation with pup. Very nice people. Beds were comfortable, shower was nice and hot. Offered breakfast, but we were on a 2,000 mile road trip and left in the middle of the night. Both check in and out were nice.

My husband, our two large dogs and I stayed here on the first leg of our trip to Arizona. We are returning a week later and are extremely pleased to again be staying here. The staff is so friendly, the room spotless and comfortable. For our lab and gsp, a beautiful green grass area for walking outdoors. Trash easily accessible for dog waste. Sondra explained everything as we checked in. We will return happily for a double stay again in a few months. Thank you to all those responsible for providing a great home away from home.
