Room was nice. Clean and cool. Pool was nice, but we didn't use it. Mentioned to front desk clerk that the phone didn't work, the radio/clock randomly made a loud static noise, we unplugged it. Also when we passed the laundry room we smelled gas every time. The front deck person said that was normal? Scary. I suppose as long as the door was open, but wouldn't be comfortable being close to the laundry room in the winter with the door closed.

The courtesy and hospitality I encountered was second to none! From the moment I checked in until the time I checked out, I was treated with the utmost respect, helped with my bags and offered whatever assistance I needed. I'm originally from the South and pride myself on Southern Hospitality. This little hotel in Easton, MD, rivals anything I've ever experienced in the South. Bless the woman who signed me in and the gentleman who held the door when I departed. They are salt of the earth and to be commended on their laser focus on true hospitality. They get a 5/5, hands down!
