All rooms are logged and serviced with our 5 step – “STAY SAFE” program which includes: 1.Upon guest checkout the room is UV sanitized for 2 hours before entry of Housekeeper to service and clean the guest room. 2.Housekeeper cleans, disinfects and sanitizes the guest room. 3.Executive Housekeeper inspects and sanitizes (AGAIN) high touch areas. UV sanitizer wand is left in room overnight (8 hours)4.Executive Housekeeper removes wand and exits room; Door handle is UV sanitized at that time as well5.Day of arrival, UV Sanitizer is applied to the door handle before guest arrives. All paper products and unnecessary amenities have been removed from ALL guest rooms. These items include but are not limited to: Guest directory, paper, pen, bottled water, decorative pillows, bags for hairdryers, etc. Housekeeping service is limited at this time, stay over rooms are not serviced, unless requested.
