The MainStay Suites an ideal location for the extended stay traveler is located across the street from Delaware State University and closest to the Dover Air Force base. Greeted upon entry by the front desk, also in the lobby is the business center computer, breakfast room with the 24 hour coffee and juice and the Diamond meeting room that seats up to 40 guests. Other hotel amenities include indoor pool, laundry facilities and deluxe continental breakfast with eggs, meat, waffles, oatmeal, pastries and breads. Guest rooms include kitchenettes, full refrigerators, dishwasher, pots, pans, flatware, one cup coffee makers and safes. The hotel does have a few smoking rooms that are separated with a doorway on the 4th floor. Overall this is a solid hotel for the business, extended stay and leisure traveler.

We are next to the Dover Air Force Base and close to several attractions, including the Dover Downs Casino and horse racetrack, Dover International Speedway, Delaware State University and the Dover Mall. Each guest at our pet-friendly hotel can enjoy our free continental breakfast, free WiFi, weekly housekeeping services and valet cleaning services. Each spacious suite comes with a flat-screen TV, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and safe. Join our Choice Privileges program today and start earning rewards points with your next stay. *Some amenities may require an additional cost. Pet accommodation 25.00 USD per night. Pet limit Maximum of 2 pets per room, up to 25 pounds. Guest rooms can not be used for parties or photography. Number of guests may not exceed max room occupancy Only registered guests are allowed to use swimming pool 150.00 USD Deposit required for guest paying with cash.
