Our purpose built, self-contained Ballroom suite makes The Casa Hotel one of the area''s most significant meeting and conference destinations, whilst still retaining the charm for which it''s renowned.With a total of 180sq metres, the Ballroom Suite is a highly versatile space that can split into three separate rooms, or can be opened out into an impressive exhibition or conference room. The space has climate control air conditioning with the latest audio visual equipment and complimentary high speed wireless ADSL internet access.The Suite also boasts its own dedicated entrance, with space for a cloakroom and registration area. The foyer area benefits from its own bar, which is perfect for working lunches and comfortable coffee breaks. With direct access to a private patio area from the main Suite, great alternative lunch options such as Summer BBQ''s, The Ballroom has an excellent natural daylight with floor to ceiling windows, ensuring delegates feel wide awake throughout their meeting or conference.Our self-contained conference Suite breaks down into 4 separate meeting spaces, all of which are sound proof, and perfect for training courses, allowing delegates to break into groups easily.

The Terrace Room Is half of The Ballroom suite and benefits from its own private patio area, natural daylight through its floor to ceiling windows, as well as air conditioning and direct access into The Marco room and Syndicate Rooms 1 & 2. The Terrace Room can seat up to 70 delegates.

The Marco Room has exceptional lighting and links directly to The Terrace Room, making it perfect for break out space, accommodating up to 70 delegates. The dividing wall is sound proof, so this is also a popular space for short training courses and board meetings. It too benefits from shared dedicated entrance, foyer area for registration, cloakroom space, a buffet lunch and refreshments breaks. It is also within close proximity to the bar and restaurant should delegates wish to choose from our formal lunch option.

The Marco breaks down into two syndicate spaces, both of which are sound proof and benefit from all The Marco Room has to offer. It is fully air conditioned and is spacious enough to cater for up to 30 delegates.

The Garden Room adjoins our Marco Pierre White Restaurant, Wheeler''s of St James. It can accommodate up to 38 delegates and is perfect as a break out meeting space or for a private room for a breakfast meeting, working lunch or private dinner, and has air conditioning and a built in projector screen. The room also opens up into the restaurant should you wish ti sit privately, but enjoy the atmosphere our AA Rosette restaurant has to offer. It benefits from natural daylight and direct access through large patio doors onto our decking and manicured lawns.
