Roanoke is a easy accessible city off I-81. The little historic town is quaint but progressive and vibrant. We also appreciated how easy it was to get around . Many Starbucks too!

My guests were from out of state. They especially enjoyed the Blue Ridge Parkway. My event was a Memorial Service held at the Mill Mountain Star Park. I always love going there and it was the perfect fall venue for my loved one's Memorial Service. My group liked the fact that the hotel was so conveniently located close to Mill Mountain. Roanoke is a beautiful destination for shopping, dining, entertainment, and outdoor activities.

Roanoke is one of our favorite cities. Great restaurants and museums downtown and a good variety of family restaurants in the Valley View area. Visit the Mill Mountain Star and zoo with younger children. Friendly people and a scenic setting.
We went to the ballpark during the day and at night our girls hung out at the restaurant and mall.
