The Lugano Motor Lodge provides modern luxury accommodation situated 200m from the center of Blenheim Township, privately owned and operated by Judy & Roger Mitchell. The location for accommodation is undoubtedly the best in Blenheim as it is directly adjacent to the beautiful Seymour Square, surrounded by parkland and leafy trees and is positioned to take advantage of full sun. The motel is set well back from the road and most rooms enjoy attractive views across the motel grounds and over Seymour Square. The motel is within a five minute walk of dozens of restaurants and bars as well as the ASB Theatre and Convention Centre. There are a variety of rooms ranging from studio to 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. All rooms have kitchenettes and the two bedroom apartment have full cooking facilities. Majority of rooms have air-conditioning and all benefit from double glazing with tinted windows for privacy and comfort. Free car parking is offered with all rooms.
