Downtown Laguna reminds me of Breckinridge on the beach, it's quiet at night. Lots of unique shops, it's a great place to relax and enjoy the beach with out the overwhelming feel of tourists like Huntington Beach. Lots of great whale watching tours down the road in Newport to enjoy as well. The area is the best part of So Cal!
