The place was dirty, the bedspread had stains. All the entry way doors have had the locking mechanism removed and filled with expanding foam, so they not only do not lock but do not close all the way. The rooms are dark and dingy, nothing like the pictures on the web that are most likely years out of date. Staff not very accommodating and lied to me when I tried to call into the room, saying no one was answering and when I did get my folks on thier cell phone was informed there was no phone in the room! I can't believe a company like Super 8 does not monitor their hotels, franchised or not, to ensure they are up to some level of livable standard.
