IDI hotel is located in the traditional village Zaros on the foothills of Psiloriti in a majestic landscape of serenity, beauty and fresh air surrounded by lovely gardens.
The rooms are spacious, fully furnished and include a shower / toilet, air conditioning, balcony with view, refrigerator , TV 32'', satellite channels . In all areas of the hotel provided free wireless internet and also offers free private on-site parking.
The breakfast is included in the room rate and it is served on a rich buffet that contains coffee, juices, mountain tea, milk, different types of bread, homemade cakes, cookies, different types of cereals, eggs, butter, homemade marmalades, different types of cheeses and cold cuts, olives, fresh vegetables and fruits.
You can enjoy your coffee or your drink in the beautiful tree-lined courtyard café or even in the garden enjoying the coolness of the hotel's pool.
In our property you will find a garden filled with orange and tangerine trees from which you can pick up fruits to enjoy.
In VOTOMOS tavern known for its trout farm you can taste fresh trout and traditional local dishes in a peaceful and beautiful environment. Every Thursday night from April till October a Cretan Feast is organized in Taverna ''VOTOMOS''. You can enjoy live Cretan music and local people dancing dressed in traditional Cretan costumes.
In the traditional watermill located in our property you will have the opportunity to view the process of grinding barley and wheat which are converted into flour, a tradition of hundreds of years.
Based on hotel IDI in Zaros village, famous for its clean water sources available, you can visit famous archaeological sites such as those of Knossos, Phaistos, Gortys and Agia Triada, important Byzantine monasteries, the gorge of Agios Nikolaos – Forest of Rouvas, as well as the nearby crystal clear beaches of the south such as those of Matala, Komos and Kalamaki.
