Property Description

Chiseldon House is a beautiful Georgian fronted, country house hotel located just one mile from J15 of the M4 at Swindon. We have a total of 21 bedrooms all of an excellent size that have all been re-decorated within the last 2 years. They all have great character, flat screen TV's, free WiFi, tea/coffee making facilities, and all the conveniences you would expect. The main restaurant can dine up to 120 for a private lunch or dinner. This can also be used as a flexible meeting area for up to 60 delegates in cabaret style or smaller meetings very comfortably. The Barbury room can accommodate 18 around a boardroom table, 15 U-shape (The Restaurant and the Barbury had a complete redecoration in October 2013)The traditional Borrelli room can accommodate 50 theatre style, 32 boardroom style and 20 in U shape. Perfect room for private dining with character.Our restaurant (AA rosette) offers a great choice of dining from breakfast to dinner including our very popular afternoon teas.We have 3 acres of grounds which are perfect for summer barbecues, teambuilding away days and corporate fun days etc. We also have a private courtyard which can accommodate functions for up to 100 delegates. Excellent for themed dinners in the summer.This hotel lends itself well to management retreats, discreet meetings and team away days. It's location also makes it a great choice for people on the road to meet and have coffee. Also for guests wishing to go cycling, walking and visiting all the great places of interest in and around Wiltshire and the surrounding counties of Oxfordshire and Berkshire.
