Cleaning policies
All public area, corridor and bedroom door handles and door push plates, public toilets handles, taps, toilet flushes and toilet seats are sanitised using Diversey D10 sanitiser and antibacterial cleaner, with staff wearing PPE, on an hourly basis and this is recorded. Bedrooms are cleaned using the same sanitiser, all bed mattress, covers, pillow covers are fogged using sanitising solution. Once bedrooms have been cleaned all rooms are fogged using a fogging machine with sanitising solution and staff in PPE. There are sanitising stations located in reception, entry and exit to restaurants, entry and exit to toilets. We operate a one way system for guests to progress around the public areas. All guests information is collected on arrival for Track and Trace. Overnight guests are requested to complete a health questionnaire and pre-registration prior to arrival. All bedroom keys are sanitised after each use.
