Found a smartie on the floor next to the bed. The top on the TV stand was coated in dust. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and felt like it was broken. To turn the A/C on you need to flip a little toggle switch that is located near the entrance to the room. The thermostat is located by the bed. I only changed the thermostat and spent a good amount of time in a 26 degree room until I called the front desk asking why the A/C doesn't seem to work.
