From check in to check out staff was great. Was met by a very nice fellow who got us a bellman and set up a luggage pickup for us the next morning at 4am. Wish I had got his name. Had dinner in the restaurant and our server Davina was great. Great place to stay!

I stayed at this location at the beginning and end of my airline travel recently. Both times, the staff was courteous, kind and helpful. The rooms and facilities were very clean and comfortable. Everything worked. I would stay here again.

We live in Hood River and often need to hang out by PDX. This January was such a time. Upon returning from a long trip we found that the weather was dismal in Portland and even worse along the freeway. It was night when we landed and it was pouring rain. So we decided to stay at the Sheraton overnight. They treated us like family. Thank you for being there!
