Internet Explorer Page Cache
This may be useful if you find that you respond to a group request, yet it still shows in your account summary.
- Go to top of Internet Explorer
- Select: 'Tools'
- Select: 'Internet Options'
- Go to: 'General' tab
- Go to: 'Browsing History' section
- Click: 'Settings'
- By ‘Check for newer versions’ select ‘Automatically’
- Close Internet Explorer
- Reopen Internet Explorer
