The staff was friendly and professional, taking extra time to assist with my last minute phone reservation. That was a big plus. The location is close to JFK, another plus. The room was clean and met my expectations. No problems with the Wi Fi. There was a circular in the room that listed restaurants and menus for delivery. I think the hotel is great for an overnight stay if the traveler faces an overnight layover as was my case.
