Dear IC Grand Staford HKG Hotel Team, thank you very much for professional appearance, great service (everywhere: pool/fitness, restaurants, reception, cleaning, entry door service)! This makes you exceptional place to stay. Appreciate as well all the small details I found in the hotel room but also in the pool/fitness area. Due to Covid 19 time I was not able to come to HKG for almost four years, this week, it was a very great experience in your hotel and I felt very well during my entire stay. Great job! M goi!
