Restaurant was ok. Every time I sat down to eat, the chair had crumbs on it from the diner before me. Shower was good but not alaways enough clean towels for four people,but otherwise I would reserve there again.

only issue was with slow and incorrect restaurant food service that was inconvenient when trying to fit meals in during a busy convention. otherwise, everything was top notch!

The Crystal Ballroom is over 11,000 square feet and can accommodate meetings up to 1,200 guests, or food functions in excess of 800 guests. In March 2004, the ballroom underwent a complete renovation adding to its versatility and charm. The Holiday Inn Crystal Lake has several other meeting rooms for all your conference needs; from Board Meetings to large conventions, the Holiday Inn has your solution. Enjoy a cocktailrty on our outdoor deck overlooking Acorn Lake.In addition to our state of the art conference space, the Holiday Inn Crystal Lake features 197 well-appointed guest rooms.
