Find the Right Layout for Your Next Event!

With all types of meeting and banquet room rentals, our meeting space portal can help you select and reserve a layout that fits your occasion. Not sure what room layout is right for you? It is important to consider the following factors when choosing a space. First, know what kind of space is available to reserve at the hotel. Is the room size too small or just large enough? Aside from the dimensions, calculating how many people can fit into a particular space comfortably avoids any complications. Lastly, make sure to consider the types of activities or level of interaction needed to best suit your event. Perhaps you need a space that has a layout conducive to face-to face-discussion or a layout style for a presentation where there is no need for interaction. Knowing these factors upfront can help make booking any type of meeting or banquet space simpler and easier without any surprises.

When it comes to specific room layout styles, we offer a variety ranging from banquet, to theatre, convention, boardroom, and more for any group size. The Banquet Style setup is best utilized for small group interaction and commonly used for dinner events or used as a space for other meal breaks throughout the day. The Classroom style layout provides a comfortable environment for training and small to medium group presentations. For the best layout providing closer proximity, the Boardroom Style setup is ideal for smaller groups. Other great layouts for smaller groups include the U-Shape Style, encouraging open group discussion and the Crescent Rounds Style, for small discussions with an interactive presentation.

For larger groups, the Theater Style layout is best suited for professional presentations, product launches, and displays. Similarly, the Convention Style layout also caters to a wider audience servicing audio, visual, and other multi-media presentations. Having a large group doesn’t mean having to sacrifice the need for interaction either. Ideal for groups less than 30 to 40 people, the Hollow Square style setup is a good choice for a committee or board meeting with the face-to-face communication desired. The Reception Style also provides a great layout for larger groups with also providing a setup that is favorable to a more intimate interaction.

Whether you need a flexible or efficient room set-up, we can help you find the right meeting or banquet space. Layout, room size and other space capabilities are based upon availability.
